Key Positions Held

Leasing & Marketing Manager for the management, marketing and leasing of 16 office and loft buildings in New York City with a GLA of over 400,000 square feet (office and retail space). Duties included, but not limited to: reviewing and negotiating LOI’s, leases, tenant build-outs, handling NYC property violations and tenant build outs.

Director of Leasing for 16 shopping centers located throughout the United States with a GLA of 2,132,000 square feet. Duties included but not limited to: formulating budgets, monthly income and expense reports, marketing, reviewing and negotiating LOI’s and leases.

Director of Real Estate for15 properties totaling over 3.5 million square feet of commercial space throughout the greater New York region. Duties included but not limited to: property management, marketing, leasing, maintenance and construction of the property portfolio, reviewing and negotiating LOI’s, leases and tenant build outs.

Accomplishments

Purchase, re-development marketing & leasing of a 66 acre, 1,300,000 square foot multi-purpose commercial facility located in Buffalo New York. An immense industrial complex was converted to a thriving multi-use facility including a supermarket, outlet stores, 8-plex Movie Theater and a tennis, racquetball and fitness center.

Renovation, marketing & leasing of a vacant 1,000,000 square foot single tenant industrial building owned by Northrop Grumman plus over 200,000 square feet of vacant auxiliary buildings situated on 50 acres on Long Island New York. An extensive property conversion included rezoning and environmental remediation, all new exterior and interior building design and systems. The former empty single tenant industrial facility and property was transformed into a multi-tenanted thriving business park with over 200,000 square feet of new office space; over 800,000 square feet of new industrial/warehouse space and the re-development of several key out-parcel buildings. Property value increased from $7.00 per square foot to over $140.00 per square foot.
